N2 Industries – General Mobile Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all mobile automotive inspection, diagnostic, maintenance, and
repair services performed by N2 Industries.

1. Authorization to Perform Services
Customer authorizes N2 Industries to inspect, diagnose, test, disassemble, and perform requested
repairs or maintenance services.
2. Estimates & Approvals
All estimates are non-binding until approved in writing or electronically by the customer prior to work
being performed.
3. Mobile Service Limitations
N2 is not responsible for unsafe working environments, weather-related delays, inaccessible
locations, restricted parking, or third-party interference.
4. Parts & Labor Disclaimer
Parts are subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor warranty is limited to workmanship
only and does not extend to related component failures.
5. Pre-Existing Conditions
N2 is not responsible for failure of aged, corroded, modified, or previously damaged components
discovered during service.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late
payments may be subject to fees.
7. Indemnification
Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify N2 Industries from damages resulting from
undisclosed defects, unsafe conditions, or illegal modifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
N2 Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of
vehicle use or towing costs.
9. Arbitration & Venue
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Oregon.
10. Modifications
These terms may be modified at any time with written notice.
