N2 Industries – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At N2 Industries, our memberships and services are designed to provide ongoing vehicle protection, diagnostics, and support. Because our programs include immediate access to proprietary resources, software platforms, and scheduling availability, the following refund policy applies.
Membership Fees:
All membership plans (Road Ready, Priority Driver, Fleet & Family) are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, missed appointments, or early cancellation.
Service Appointments & Deposits:
Deposits for scheduled services are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be credited toward a future N2 service at our discretion.
Repair Credit Bank:
Repair credits earned through membership programs have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire immediately upon cancellation or non-payment. Credits cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Program Limitations
Refunds will not be provided for services limited by third-party software access, manufacturer
restrictions, or regulatory limitations outside of N2 Industries’ control.
Dispute Resolution
Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the charge. N2 Industries reserves the right to review service history and membership usage when evaluating any dispute.
